While Lucy is one of the comic's stars, Fisk was more of a guest character. He was first mentioned on March 1st, 2002, and later appeared with Lucy on March 18th, 2002. His appearance established a relationship between Fisk and Lucy that influenced what occurred between the Black siblings in the Better Days comic strip.
Black would return in later comics, also introducing Zig Zag from the Sabrina Online comic book series which has also featured Max Blackrabbit as a guest character.
BDK or Badly Drawn Kitties was a webcomic in 2002 which Fisk and Lucy appeared in. Due to disputes between Jay and the comics' author, the Lucy in this comic had her surname changed from Black to Koneko, and Fisk was removed from the comic in later remakes.
